club called Brits International is up and running. Serving ex-pats and
friends within Missouri and Kansas, this group is looking to provide an
open point of contact and support throughout the region. Founder is Ray

attract members from all areas and all walks of life. There are member

When you visit Cameron’s Inn
on Hwy 1 in Half Moon Bay, don’t forget to look across the road to
see the big white house on the hill. The Johnston House was the
first wood building constructed along this coast, built in 1853.
Cameron was so intrigued by its history that he became President of
the Johnston House Foundation, which restored the structure and it
is now open for free tours the third Saturday of the month. You can
eat lunch in “The Johnston Room” of the Inn and then head across the
highway to visit the “White House of Half Moon Bay.” After the tour,
head for Main St to buy flowers at the Flower Market to round out a
